The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the admissions status after their application has been submitted.

 

To begin the application process, please fill out the Request Information form using the link above. St. Dominic School will then contact you to gather more information and set up a tour of the school. You may also attend one of our Open House events to learn more about St. Dominic School. 

 

Once you are ready to apply, click on the Application form using the link above. A non-refundable fee of $22 is required with each application. 

 

 

To begin the Online Application process, select Create an Account from the menu above.

Once the account is created, login and Create a New Student Application for each child. You will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application. 

 

After submitting the application, it is possible to track the admissions status by logging into your account. There you can print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.
